We recommend registering for camp online as it is the fastest and easiest way to ensure all necessary information is captured correctly.

Only completed and paid applications will have a reserved spot at camp.
Sessions sitting in your online cart are not reserved until registration is finished.
Simply click on the RESERVE YOUR SPOT TODAY button to head to our registration site. You will be prompted through several pages to complete the registration. There are a number of forms as we need to know how to best make to make camp a safe, fun experience for everyone.
You'll create a household account so that you can login as many times as you need to finish the application. Only completed applications will have a reserved spot at camp.
A deposit is required at the time of registration and payment in full is required at least one month prior to the beginning of your chosen program.

The registration portal now has integrated waitlists. If the program you are interested in is full, you can chose to be added to the wait list. The Fircom registrar will be in touch if a space opens up.
For Family Programs: When an accommodation option is full you will be offered two different options:
You can chose to be added to the waitlist for your preferred (but full) accommodation but also continue registration for another accommodation option. Select this option if you will come to camp regardless of which accommodation you receive. For example: While registering for Mom & Kids camp I discover that the Craigcroft accommodation is full. I choose to be waitlisted for Craigcroft but continue my registration for a spot in the Cabins regardless. I will be happy to come to camp either way.
You can chose to be added to the waitlist and not to complete registration for another program. Select this option if you will only come to camp if you get into your preferred accommodation option. For example: While registering for Mom & Kids camp I discover that the Cottage accommodation is full. I choose to be waitlisted for camp and the accommodation since I will only come to camp if I get into Cottage.
For Children & Youth Camps: An automatic discount of approximately $20 will be applied at checkout. The registration software calculates using percentages, so the amount may vary by +/- $0.05.
For Family Programs: Please register the eldest child as “Child” and any subsequent children as “2nd Child.” The 2nd Child discount varies by program. The camp registrar will monitor family program registrations and will let your know if adjustments to your family discounts are needed.
Written notice by fax, e-mail or mail is required for cancellations or to switch camp session and must include the camper’s full name and session dates. Session changes will be made to the best of our ability and are dependent on availability.
Cancellation Refunds are as follows:
Prior to June 1st: Full refund less a $20 administration fee.
EXCEPTION - Dad & Kids Campers: Full refund less a $20 admin fee if cancelling prior to May 10th.
More than two weeks prior to the first day of the registered camp session, but after the full refund date: 50% of total the camp-program cost will be refunded.
Two weeks or less: No refund.
A medical emergency prior to the camp start date that prevents the camper from attending camp: Full refund less a $20 administration fee upon receipt of a doctor's note. Notification must be given as soon as possible.
Campers leaving camp mid-session due to medical or behavioral reasons will not receive a refund.
