REGISTRATION DAY INFORMATION

The days are getting shorter, and our 2026 Camps and Retreats are getting closer! THIS SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 8th, starting at 10am, registration opens for all of our 2025 Attendees and members of their household.

HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

2025 ATTENDEES: Before registering, be sure to log into your account!

2025 ATTENDEE REGISTRATION DAY:
SATURDAY, NOV 8, starting at 10:00am

If you or someone in your family attended a 2025 Camp or Retreat, you have been given a 2025 Attendee Membership that will allow you to access early registration on Saturday, November 8th. Any family members already listed in your Fircom account also have a membership. You will have received an automated email sometime in the last six weeks when this was completed.

** ON NOVEMBER 8th REGISTRATION DAY - BE SURE TO LOGIN TO YOUR AMILIA ACCOUNT FIRST, BEFORE ADDING CAMPS TO YOUR CART, so that the system can ‘see’ your household memberships. Do not create a new account! If you are registering another child living in your household that has not yet been added to your Amilia account, please let us know info@fircom.ca so we can also give them a membership (we need their full name and birthdate). This is only necessary for 2025 Attendee Registration which continues until November 14th. Not for Public Registration Day on November 15th.

PUBLIC REGISTRATION DAY:
SATURDAY, NOV 15, starting at 10:00am

The day before registration, please review the availability for the camps you are interested in, and adjust your plans as necessary. You can see how many spots are available for each camp, and in the case of Family Camps, how many spots for each accommodation. Joining waitlists promptly is important, as LIFE HAPPENS and there are always changes in our registrations. We have an automated link that is sent out to the first camper on the waitlist when a spot opens in a program (but we may reach out to you first before sending the link).

ABOVE: Notice the SECOND ADULT and CHILD/TEEN registration links are below all FIRST ADULT links that are connected to an accommodation choice.

REGISTERING FOR ALL FAMILY CAMPS
(Dad & Kids, Mom & Kids, Easter Family, Queer Family and Summer Family Camps)

One parent chooses the accommodation. Choose the FIRST ADULT LINK (e.g. FIRST ADULT: CABINS, or FIRST ADULT: BELL TENTS), click your name and add to CART. If you are also registering a spouse/partner, press CONTINUE SHOPPING and scroll down to choose the 2ND ADULT link, click on your partner’s name, and ADD TO CART. Then, press CONTINUE SHOPPING and find the CHILD/TEEN LINK to also register your child/ren for your chosen Family Camp. Scroll below all the ADULT options that are linked to an accommodation. Your CHILD/TEEN cannot be added to an ADULT link, because all links are 'age sensitive', meaning only 19+ can register for Adult links.

If you register for a Family Camp, each family member must be registered and secure a spot. If all adult links with accommodations are booked for any of our Family Camps, then join the waitlists. DO NOT register and pay for your child if there are no adult spots available in any of our Family Camps. Additionally, CHECK CAREFULLY that you have registered your child(ren) for the same camp as yourself. This mistake is often made. If this happens, simply send us an email, and we will move your child/ren to the same camp that you have registered for. If you are not familiar with our accommodations, please review them here: Fircom Accommodations, and take note of the number of beds in each room. You may need TWO rooms for your family in Cottage or Craigcroft. This does not apply for Cabins or Bell Tents. There is ample space in both of those options.

PAYMENT & SUBSIDY OPTIONS

Important instructions for payment and subsidy options are listed on the opening page of our 2026 Camps and 2026 Retreats. Please follow instructions carefully and let us know if you need any help: info@fircom.ca. A main thing to know if you are applying for a subsidy, is you cannot get past the payment page if you select the instalment option. Instead SELECT  "$xxx.xx now" for each person you are registering, even though you will not make a payment on that day.

REVIEW OUR CAMP AND RETREAT OPTIONS

We are happy to say we have a few new offerings in 2026, including SPRING BREAK CAMP for ages 10 and up, and QUEER FAMILY CAMP on May long weekend. We are also excited to be offering two new retreats: GOING DEEPER (in April) and FROM THE SILENCE (in July), in addition to our popular FROM THE DEEP (in April) and ALUMNI MOMS CAMP (in August). We will also be offering Walking with the Squamish professional development retreats again in spring and fall! Register early for all our retreats, so you don’t miss your chance to secure a spot!

You can review our entire 2026 schedule on our website CALENDAR. Our two 2026 winter retreats, FROM THE KITCHEN and CIRCLE OF LOVE are already full, since winter retreat registration opened in October. You are welcome to join the waitlists.

2026 cAMPS CANCELLATION POLICY: 

Summer Camp registrations that are cancelled prior to June 1, 2026 will receive a full refund less a $100.00 cancellation fee. If the registration is cancelled between June 1st and fifteen days prior to the start date of the camp session, a refund of 50% of the Registration Fee will be given. No refund will be given within two weeks of the session start date, with the exception of a cancellation for a medical emergency (including a positive COVID-19 test result). If a cancellation is for medical reasons and a medical note or proof of a positive COVID-19 test result is provided, only the $100.00 Cancellation Fee will be charged, and a CREDIT will be given for the remaining balance. This credit is valid until the end of our 2027 season, and can be used by anyone in the household. Campers leaving camp mid-session due to medical or behavioural reasons will not receive a refund. *EXCEPTION: For ALL Spring Camps (March-June), the cancellation deadline for receiving a full refund less $100 cancellation fee is 35 days (5 weeks) prior to the first day of camp.

2026 RETREAT CANCELLATION POLICY:

Our Retreat Cancellation Policy is slightly different, and is explained on every retreat webpage and in the Retreat Registration Portal. Once payment has been made, there is a $100 cancellation fee up until 30 days prior to the start of the retreat. With fewer than 30 days notice, there are no refunds. If there is a medical emergency, a positive COVID-19 test, or illness with a doctor’s note with less than 30 days notice, then a camp credit minus a $100 cancellation fee will be applied to the account, to be used within one year towards any camp, retreat or accommodation rental. PLEASE NOTE: ONLY PERSONS LIVING IN YOUR HOUSEHOLD CAN USE THE CREDIT.
