The days are getting shorter, and our 2027 Camps and Retreats are getting closer!
Whether you're returning to Fircom or joining us for the first time, we've put together this step-by-step guide to help you navigate registration, understand your options, and feel prepared for registration day.
Here’s what you need to know
2026 ATTENDEE EARLY REGISTRATION:
SATURDAY, NOV 7, starting at 10:00 am
PUBLIC REGISTRATION:
SATURDAY, NOV 14, starting at 10:00 am
BEFORE EARLY REGISTRATION: Check Your 2026 Attendee Membership
If you or someone in your family attended a 2026 Camp or Retreat, you should have received a 2026 Attendee Membership which gives you access to early registration on Saturday, November 7.
Any family members already listed in your Fircom account should also have a membership.
If you are registering another child living in your household that has not yet been added to your Amilia account, please let us know email info@fircom.ca with their full name and birthdate so we can issue a membership.
These memberships are required for early registration from November 7 through November 13. They are not required for public registration, which opens on November 14 at 10:00 am.
Check your membership now. Don’t wait until registration day.
VIEW YOUR MEMBERSHIP INSIDE YOUR ACCOUNT - not in the Camp Fircom Store.
On Registration Day
Step 1:
Go to the Camp Fircom Store (registration portal) and select 2027 Camps or 2027 Retreats.
Read all the information on the opening page, then scroll down to see the camp or retreat options.
Step 2:
After reading the important information on the opening page, scroll down to find your camp or retreat.
Click the down arrow beside the relevant category (e.g., Kids Camps) to expand it, then click the ‘ + ’ beside the camp or retreat of your choice to view the available session dates.
Step 3:
For example, Scamper Camp offers two sessions: July 26–28 or August 9–11. Click “View activity details” to read more information about a camp or retreat. When you are ready to register, click “Register for session.” See the example below. Please note that the availability shown (e.g. 16 out of 16 spots available), changes as campers register.
Step 4:
Once you click “Register for session,” the system will prompt you to log in if you aren't already signed in.
Returning families: Please use your existing Amilia account. If you or your child attended a 2026 camp or retreat, logging in to your existing account allows the system to recognize your 2026 Attendee Membership and gives you access to early registration.
Step 5:
Be sure to read the payment information on the main registration page to understand your payment options.
If you are applying for a subsidy, read the instructions carefully before proceeding. See below for more details.
On Public Registration Day:
Step 1:
Review all the steps above. It all applies to Public Registration Day, except for the 2026 Attendee Membership info.
Step 2:
The day before registration, review the availability for the camps you are interested in, and adjust your plans as necessary. You can see the available spots for each camp of interest, and in the case of Family Camps, how many spots for each accommodation. Joining waitlists promptly is important, as availability can change at any time. If a spot becomes available, you’ll have 48 hours to respond.
REGISTERING FOR ALL FAMILY CAMPS
(Dad & Kids, Mom & Kids, Easter Family, Queer Family and Summer Family Camps)
One parent chooses the accommodation. Choose the appropriate FIRST ADULT link (e.g. FIRST ADULT - CABINS, or FIRST ADULT - BELL TENTS), select your name, and add it to your cart.
If you are also registering a spouse/partner, select Continue Shopping, scroll down to the SECOND ADULT link, select or add the second adult’s name, and add it to your cart. Then, select Continue Shopping again and find the CHILD/TEEN link at the top to register your child or children for the same Family Camp.
Important: Children and teens cannot be registered through an ADULT link. These links are age restricted, so only people aged 19+ can register through an adult link.
If you register for a Family Camp, each family member must be registered and have their own spot secured. If all adult accommodation options are booked for a Family Camp, join the FIRST ADULT waitlists. Do not register and pay for your child unless an adult spot is secured. For Mom & Kids Camps, double check that you have registered your child(ren) for the same camp as yourself. If this happens, simply send us an email, and we will move your child/ren to the same camp where you have secured a spot. If you are not familiar with our accommodations, please review them here: Fircom Accommodations, and take note of the number of beds in each room. Your family may need two rooms when staying in Cottage or Craigcroft. This does not apply for Cabins or Bell Tents. There is ample space in both of those options.
Example Above (Best Viewed on a Computer): Easter Family Camp registration links in Amilia. The CHILD/TEEN link appears first, followed by the adult links for each accommodation option. For Family Camps, the SECOND ADULT link appears at the bottom.
PAYMENT & SUBSIDY OPTIONS
As mentioned above, important instructions for payment and subsidy options are listed on the opening page of our 2027 Camps and 2027 Retreats registration portals. Please read and follow instructions carefully. If you need help, email info@fircom.ca.
If you are applying for a subsidy, you must select "$xxx.xx now" for each person you are registering. Do not select the instalment option, as this will prevent you from proceeding past the payment page. If you make this mistake, you may lose your chosen camp or accommodation selection and need to return to the opening page to add links to your cart again.
REVIEWING OUR CAMP AND RETREAT OPTIONS
You can review our entire 2027 schedule on our website CALENDAR.
2027 Winter Retreat Registration opened in October. From the Heart: Retreat for Moms (February 26–28) still has plenty of availability, while Circle of Love: Single Mom & Kids Retreat (February 12–15) has space for just three more moms and their children aged 5-12. Waitlists are also available.
Register early for our spring and summer retreats to secure your spot!
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Review our camp and retreat cancellation policies in the 2027 Camps or 2027 Retreats registration portal, and on every camp and retreat webpage. It’s also included on the confirmation email you receive after registering.
STILL HAVE QUESTIONS?
info@fircom.ca
We recommend emailing us with questions rather than calling and leaving a voicemail, as you’ll receive a response much faster. If possible, we also recommend registering on a computer rather than a mobile phone.
