Camp Fircom invites you to its 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Thursday, May 14th, 2020

Virtual access on the Zoom Video Conferencing platform will open at 6:50pm, with the meeting commencing at 7:00pm

Voting Members

Only members defined in the society’s by-laws as “voting members” are eligible to vote at the AGM. To vote, members must:

a)     be in good standing,

b)     have purchased their membership prior to February 7, 2020, and

c)     be in attendance during the virtual meeting.

3.     Adoption of the Agenda

4.     Adoption of the 2019 AGM Minutes

5.     Report of the Board

6.     Introduction and Report of the New Executive Director

7.     Presentation of the 2019 Financial Statements & 2020 Budget

8.     Appointment of the Financial Reviewer, if required

9.     Elections

10.  Other

11.  Adjournment
