SEA TO SKY PROGRAMS
For over 30 years, Sea to Sky Outdoor School has provided transformative outdoor education experiences for thousands of students, educators, and community members across British Columbia.
Through immersive day and multi-day programs based in the forests and waters of Chá7elkwnech (Gambier Island), participants engage in experiential learning that fosters connection with self, others, and the natural world. The “Sea to Sky Experience” weaves together adventure, environmental education, reflection, community building, and nature connection, inviting participants to deepen their relationship with the land while exploring their role in creating more just, resilient, and sustainable communities.
DAY PROGRAMS
GoWild Day Programs are a celebration of wild places.
Facilitated activities engage students in expanding their comfort zones and connecting with the wisdom that can be found in outdoor classrooms.
GoWild Day Programs can be tailored to the geography of your community.
A nearby forest or neighbouring park can provide a wonderful place to GoWild.
Day programs can be customized to compliment the current unit you are working on in any subject area; or, they can be a stand alone experience. Either way, you will be delighted with the outcome!

Testimonials:
“This trip was meant for educational purposes, but I found it more of a fun camp instead of a school camp. When we played learning games you tricked our minds into thinking it was a fun game instead of a learning experience. I learned a lot from this trip. I hope someday I will become an Islander.”
- Grade 6 student
“Thank you Islanders for a cool, fun packed week. I had fun and learned a lot about nature, sustainability, ethics and how I can be a difference. I learned a lot and best of all as I learned, I had fun.” - Grade 7 student
